Intellectual property

Text, layout, branding, and materials on this site belong to System Nestpoint or its licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written consent. Findings, diagrams, and templates delivered under a paid engagement are licensed as stated in that engagement’s agreement.

Enquiries and quotes

Fee indications on the site are non-binding. Quotes are valid only for the period stated in writing. We may decline work that conflicts with capacity, ethics, or safety on a warehouse floor.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
