Observers first, charts second

System Nestpoint helps Hong Kong fulfilment teams see pick travel, pack queues, and shift exceptions clearly — then commission warehouse productivity views that supervisors trust.

How we started

We began after years inside multi-channel warehouses around Kwai Chung and Tsuen Wan, watching dashboards that looked precise while pack benches starved. The gap was rarely “more software.” It was missing floor observation and unstable metric definitions.

System Nestpoint exists to close that gap: timed pick-pack analysis on site, then carefully commissioned productivity dashboards owned by your own analysts.

How we work

We spend more hours on the aisle than in slides. Findings are written so a night lead can use them without a translator from consulting jargon. When we leave, templates and definitions stay with you — we are not a permanent reporting desk.

Values on the floor

  • Respect for pickers and packers — observation never blocks a timed wave.
  • Metric honesty — if a number cannot be reproduced, it does not go on a dashboard.
  • Hong Kong context — multi-storey sites, constrained docks, and marketplace peak days shape every recommendation.
